Three Generations.
One Living Tradition.
Every rug is handwoven in Teotitlán del Valle, Oaxaca using hand-spun wool, natural dyes, and centuries of Zapotec tradition passed down through three generations.
Inside the workshop
Every rug in the Isaac Vásquez collection is woven on-site in Teotitlán del Valle, Oaxaca — from raw wool and natural dyes to the final knot on the loom. Step inside the studio where three generations of Zapotec weavers shape each tapete by hand.

Our Legacy | The Next Generation
Each handwoven rug carries three generations of Zapotec tradition, natural dyes, and dedicated craftsmanship.
Raised among looms and wool, Wilmer is carrying the Isaac Vásquez Studio legacy forward. Guided by his father and inspired by his grandfather, he blends centuries-old techniques with contemporary design while honoring the family’s commitment to quality, sustainability, and Zapotec culture.
His vision connects the past with the future, ensuring this remarkable tradition continues for generations.

Teotitlán del Valle, Oaxaca
Cradled by the Sierra Juárez mountains, our village has woven wool for more than five hundred years. The light, the plants, and the water here shape every rug that leaves the studio.
